SHIPPING & DELIVERY

IMPORTANT NOTICE - COVID-19 Omicron impact on orders

 

We are ready to take your orders, with updated warehouse rules to keep our staff as safe as possible and operations continuous. We are anticipating some short-term disruptions but will continue to provide the highest level of service and will minimise delays where we can throughout our supply chain for you.

 

 We are minimising the risk to our warehouse staff by limiting physical interactions. This will naturally increase the time it takes to pick and pack an order, so you may notice slight delays. Deliveries are scheduled as per normal however, delays may occur, outside of our direct control due to limited staffing with our delivery partners. We will communicate any changes to deliveries and delivery days directly to you.

 

The best form of communication through this period is email. Please direct queries in the first instance to: info@goodness.com.au Our team members may be rostered to cover for other team members currently unavailable to work. Thank you for your understanding.

 

If there are any issues with your delivery, please send through an email with a clear explanation of; the issue, your order number and a photo of the issue. This ensures that our customer service team will be able to assist in resolving the matter as quickly a possible.

 

DELIVERY AREAS

We ship to all Australian postcodes. We currently do not ship internationally.

All orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post. Delivery costs and times vary by retail and wholesale customer.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary depending on whether you are a retail or wholesale customer, and where you are getting your order delivered within Australia. See the table below for your estimated delivery time.

The above estimates are an average of delivery times within our network of carriers and may change based on your postcode and carrier. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking details. You may also receive notifications directly from the carrier.


DELIVERY COSTS

Freight cost are variable and are based on the delivery post code, the weight of your order and whether you are a retail or wholesale customer. You may be eligible for FREE SHIPPING - see table below for more information.

Delivery costs are calculated at the checkout and you can view anytime in your "my cart" page when you enter your shipping information. A guide on how to do this are under the tables below.

 

RETAIL CUSTOMERS  - DELIVERY COSTS 

Retail customers are customers that purchase products through our online retail store (i.e. not wholesale customers). Delivery charges are based on your postcode, the weight of your order, and/or the order value. They can be calculated at checkout. 

Free shipping does NOT apply on orders that total over 45KG, except for the Sydney region (**). Orders must reach the values listed below (excluding GST).

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS  - DELIVERY COSTS 

You may be eligible for FREE DELIVERY if you are on one of our Sydney Metro, Blue Mountains or South Coast H2G DELIVERY RUNS.

 

Available for wholesale customers only, this delivery option is available provided you submit your order to us before the corresponding cut-off times below. We are not able to guarantee specific delivery times as our drivers may incur traffic/delays.

To ensure we can maintain supply, we need your help keeping our delivery drivers healthy, please limit contact with them and accept deliveries quickly, observing all social distancing guidelines.

DELIVERY COMPANIES 

We continuously source the most cost-effective method to deliver your orders and only work with the best carriers. We use a combination of our own drivers and carriers including TOLL, TNT, Blue Star, Australia Post and others.

All orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.

 
PICK UP/COLLECTION: 

We have suspended the ability to Pick Up Orders from our warehouse. Please choose a shipment method during checkout and your order will be dispatched based on our delivery times.
