Alexandria Store

Our Alexandria store will be taking a festive break from 25 December 2025 and will reopen on 2 January 2026. We look forward to welcoming you back in the new year!

Customer Service & Warehouse

Our customer service and warehouse will continue operating over the holiday period, closing only on official public holidays.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect will be paused from 23 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. Any orders placed during this time will be ready once the service resumes.

How it works

We work with a network of trusted freight providers who specialise in different regions across Australia. This means we can offer competitive rates whether you're in a capital city or a remote rural town.

Shipping options and pricing are displayed at checkout - so you can choose the best option for your location and budget. 

We consistently introduce new carriers to improve service and expand delivery options.

Free shipping

Free shipping thresholds vary depending on your location. 

Simply enter your postcode at checkout to see if your order qualifies. If your order doesn’t meet the threshold, you will see the best available rates based on your address. 

Please note:  

• Orders being sent to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers can only ship with Australia Post.  

Dispatch & delivery times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary based on your location and selected shipping method.  

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from our freight partner, Steadfast.

You can use this to check delivery status directly with the freight provider. 

Pick up/collection

For customers within an 30km radius of our Alexandria showroom, Click & Collect is available.  If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, details will automatically be shown on the checkout page. Pick up is at least 2 business days after ordering.
