1 cup almonds, ground OR natural almond meal
1½ tbsp organic quinoa flakes
6-8 organic medjool dates, pitted
A trickle of organic coconut water
2½ tbsp organic coconut oil, melted
2 tsp organic chia seeds
1½ tsp organic matcha green tea powder
1 scoop of organic vanilla protein powder
4 tbsp organic fine desiccated coconut
- Combine the energy ball ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Add a trickle of coconut water to the mix and keep blending until you get a moist mix that is soft but still cohesive.
- Roll up those little bursts of energy into balls of your desired size.
- Keep in the fridge for up to 7 days, or in the freezer for a couple of weeks, if they last that long!
