- Add all ingredients except the whole almonds to a high-speed blender and blend on high until all ingredients are combined.
- If the mixture is too dry add a touch of warm water, or if too wet then add some extra coconut or oats.
- Then add the whole almonds and pulse mixture so almonds are roughly chopped.
- Using wet hands roll a tablespoon of the mixture into balls, then roll in the extra desiccated coconut.
- Put in fridge or freezer to set.
