Simple and easy breakfast bake featuring our Organic Apple & Cranberry Muesli. Perfect breakfast dish for sharing with family or friends.

  1. Preheat oven to 190ºC.
  2. Brush a baking dish with melted coconut oil.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the muesli, cinnamon, baking powder, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  4. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl, then blend in the almond milk.
  5. Cover the bottom of the greased baking dish with the chopped apple, then lay the muesli mixture over the top.
  6. Gently pour the egg/milk mixture evenly over the muesli.
  7. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Sprinkle over with pepitas and serve.
