Banana Flour Brownies

Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut oil and honey. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the banana flour and cocoa powder.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring to combine.

Add the eggs, one at a time, to the mixture, beating well after each addition.

Fold in the chopped pecans or your choice of dried fruits, mixing until evenly distributed.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Allow the brownies to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Sprinkle organic desiccated coconut on top for extra flavour.
