SHORT DESCRIPTION

You will be 'berry surprised' at how good this peppermint berry iced tea is on a hot summers day! A refreshing hit on those scorching summer days.

INGREDIENTS

2 tea bags SereniTEA Infusions Peppermint Herbal Tea (or 2 tsp Peppermint Loose Leaf Tea)
150ml boiling water
100ml cranberry juice (or according to taste)
1 tbsp mixed berries
A few sprigs of mint leaves (garnish)
Ice cubes
Sweetener of your choice (optional)

DESCRIPTION

  1. Steep tea bags or loose leaf tea in boiling water for 4 minutes.
  2. Take a large glass and fill half the glass with ice cubes.
  3. Pour brewed tea into the glass (compost the tea bags or use a strainer for the loose leaf tea).
  4. Add cranberry juice to glass.
  5. Add sweetener to taste (if using).
  6. Add mixed berries and mint and stir.
  7. Top up with ice cubes and serve.
