PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

2 cups of organic coconut milk (or nut milk of choice)
4 tbsp of organic maple syrup

Spice Mix:
3 organic green cardamom pods
1 organic cinnamon quill
½ tsp of organic nutmeg
pinch of whole organic cloves
2 star anise
small nob of fresh ginger (2-3cm size piece)

method

  1. Place nut milk in a saucepan over low heat – do not bring to boil
  2. Place spice mix in nut milk and stir occasionally for 2-3 mins 
  3. Add maple into spiced milk and mix, leave for another 1-2 mins until hot (cooking time on average should take at least 5 minutes)
  4. Strain spices out of the milk before serving.
