- Heat the coconut oil in a small fry-pan over medium to low heat.
- Add the drained chickpeas, herbs and spices into the fry-pan and cook until crispy (around 5-10mins).
- To make the dressing, simply whisk aminos, mayonnaise and sesame oil in a small dish until well combined.
- In a large bowl combine the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, cooked chickpeas and dressing and toss to combine.
- Serve up and enjoy!!
