Warm up Coconut Butter to make it smooth. Put in a bowl with Tahini, Brown Rice Syrup, cold coffee and water, mix well.
Add Oats, Cocoa Powder and Vanilla Bean Powder to bowl and mix well with a fork or spoon. Add a drop more water if needed to make mixture stick together.
Shape into small balls in the palm of your hand and roll in Desiccated Coconut.
Keep in airtight container in the fridge up to two weeks, but I can assure you there won’t be any left!
