3/4 cup Pitted Dates
1/2 cup Water
1/8 cup Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup organic Chia Seeds
1/8 cup organic Sunflower Seeds
1/8 cup organic Pepitas
1/8 cup organic Sesame Seeds
1/8 cup walnuts
1/2 cup Almond Meal
1/4 cup organic Cacao Nibs
1/4 cup + 1 Tbs Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
1/4 cup organic Cacao Powder
2 Tbs organic Maple Syrup
- Blend dates, water and oil until a chunky paste forms.
- Add in everything else except almond meal and chia and pulse until combined.
- Pulse in almond meal, then chia until mixed through.
- Spread evenly into a loaf pan and freeze until firm
- Mix ingredients until smooth, spread evenly over base and pop into the freezer, slice once chocolate has set.
