So easy to make, this fresh sauce will keep for a week and goes brilliantly with just about anything! 
 
Ingredients:
  • 150mls Organic Hulled Tahini
  • 60mls Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Umeboshi vinegar (if you cannot source, simply use more lemon & a pinch of salt)
  • 1 tbs Organic Tamari
  • 200mls Boiling water

 

Method:

Combine all the ingredients and whisk well to a smooth sauce

It will thicken as it cools, store in an airtight jar in the fridge.

Keeps 7-10 days.
