This DIY magnesium oil is great for spraying onto aching muscles or onto feet before bed to encourage sleep.

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup Magnesium Flakes

1/4 cup hot water

10-20 drops of Sleep Blend, Lavender or peppermint oil

 

Method

Add magnesium flakes, essential oil and hot water to bottle.

Stir until flakes have dissolved.

To use: Spray onto sore muscles, feet or all over.

 

Storage/use By: Use within 6 months
