PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

½ cup organic rolled oats
½ tbsp organic black chia seeds
1/4 tbsp organic psyllium husks
1 ½ cup organic soy milk
1-2 organic medjool dates, pitted and cut into cubes
4 fresh strawberries, cut into cubes
1/4 tbsp organic pepitas

method

  1. Place oats, chia and psyllium in a glass jar (preferably one with a screw top cover, like a mason jar). Add soy milk and stir contents to mix.
  2. Add medjool dates, strawberries and banana (or your choice of fresh and dried fruit).
  3. Sprinkle the top with pepitas.
  4. Tighten jar with lid and place overnight in the fridge.
  5. Top with additional fresh fruit and serve.
