PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

Base:

1 cup organic puffed buckwheat
1 cup organic popped amaranth
1 cup organic shredded coconut
1/2 cup organic pepitas
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup organic brown linseeds
(Any other additional nuts, seeds or puffed grains as desired)


Chai spice dressing:

1tsp vanilla powder
1tbs organic maple syrup
2tbs organic coconut oil, melted
2tbs ground ginger
1tbs ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
2tbs ground cinnamon
2tbs organic wattleseed

method

  1. Mix all nuts seeds and grains in a bowl 
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the the coconut oil, maple syrup and spices well. 
  3. Add the spice mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure the granola is well coated 
  4. Spread evenly over baking paper on a tray and bake on 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
