SHORT DESCRIPTION

This porridge is full of healthy fats such as Omega 3 & 6 which are known to help to reduce LDL cholesterol that can clog artieries and put a strain on the heart.

DESCRIPTION

  1. Cook oats according to your preferred method.

  2. Stir in organic chia seeds.

  3. Transfer oats to a serving bowl.

  4. Pour nut milk over oats.

  5. Top with banana, strawberries, activated cashews, hemp seeds and a dollop of organic peanut butter.

  6. Sprinkle with organic cinnamon.

  7. Stir to combine.

  8. Serve and enjoy!

Optional: Add flaxseeds or walnuts for extra omega-3s. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. Experiment with different fruits and nut butter options.
