Hemp Power Cookies

Make these quick & easy cookies for tasty, high-protein post workout snack.

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk dry ingredients (except chocolate drops) until combined
  4. Add in liquid ingredients.
  5. Sprinkle in chocolate drops gently and fold mixture.
  6. Dough should be moist but not crumbling – if crumbling, add more milk. If too soft add more almond flour.
  7. Grease hands lightly with coconut oil. Scoop tables of dough at a time and roll into balls in the palms of your hands.
  8. Place on tray and flatten gently with a fork
  9. Bake for 12 mins or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  11. Enjoy!
