1/4 cup almond milk (plus more as needed)
1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 heaped tsp organic matcha powder
3 fresh mint leaves
1 cup fresh baby spinach
1-2 pitted organic Medjool dates or 1-2 tbsp of organic maple syrup
1 tbsp organic chia seeds
3 cubes ice
*Add a scoop of protein powder if desired.
Our favourite toppings include:
Kiwi fruit, sliced
Organic chia seeds
Organic coconut flakes
Organic hulled buckwheat
Fresh mint leaves
- Place the all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more almond milk if the smoothie is too thick
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite topping. Enjoy right away!
