PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1 small avocado
2 tsp Carwari organic white miso
1 free-range egg, poached
1 slice of bread - toasted
Salad leaves
Snow pea sprouts
1 tsp organic black Sesame Seeds
Celtic sea salt & organic black pepper to taste

method

  1. Scoop the avocado into a bowl and mash roughly.
  2. Add the miso and stir to combine.
  3. Meanwhile, begin to poach your egg for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Place salad leaves on a slice of freshly toasted bread. Dollop with a generous spoonful of the miso & avocado.
  5. Drain your poached egg and gently place on top. Sprinkle with snow pea sprouts, black sesame seeds and salt & pepper. Enjoy!
