PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1 cup organic dates or sultanas, soaked and drained
1 cup dry roasted peanuts
2 serves cacao protein powder (or plain protein powder)
2 tablespoons organic cacao powder
2 tablespoons organic peanut butter
2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
2 espresso shots (1 if want a subtler coffee taste)
2 teaspoons natural vanilla bean/essence

method

  1. Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined. You can add some of the water used to soak the dates to create a smoother consistency.
  2. Roll the mixture into bite sized balls and place them on a tray or in a bowl. Refrigerate until set.
  3. Enjoy!


Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
