1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (such as dairy, hemp, almond, or cashew) ¼ tsp organic ashwagandha powder ½ tsp organic cinnamon powder* ½ tsp organic turmeric powder* 2 pinches of organic ground cardamom* Pinch of organic ginger powder* (optional) Pinch of organic ground black pepper* Pinch of organic ground nutmeg 1 tsp organic ghee or virgin coconut oil 1 tsp organic raw honey
*Or use 1½ tsp of our Honest to Goodness Organic Turmeric Latte Spice Blend in place of these ingredients
Bring milk to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Whisk in cinnamon, turmeric, ashwagandha, cardamom, ginger (if using), nutmeg and pepper.
Whisk vigorously to remove any lumps.
Add ghee, reduce heat to low, and continue to cook until warmed through ( about 5–10 minutes).
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Stir in honey, then pour into a mug and enjoy!
