Roasted & seasoned chickpeas make the perfect healthy protein rich snack, and they're great for entertaining. They store for several days in an airtight container (but they won't really last that long because they're so yummy!).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1 tin organic chickpeas
1 tbsp organic extra virgin olive oil

Seasoning

1 tsp organic smoked paprika
1/2 tsp natural salt
OR
1/2 tsp organic turmeric powder
1/2 tsp organic cumin powder
1/2 tsp organic coriander powder
1.2 tsp natural salt

method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C.
  2. Drain and rinse the chickpas and dry very well. (If some skins come off simply remove them)
  3. Stir the chickpeas with oil and spices in a bowl, and spread out onto a lined baking tray.
  4. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes to cook eveny.
  5. Allow to cool before serving.
