- Preheat oven to 220°C.
- Drain and rinse the chickpas and dry very well. (If some skins come off simply remove them)
- Stir the chickpeas with oil and spices in a bowl, and spread out onto a lined baking tray.
- Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes to cook eveny.
- Allow to cool before serving.
