SHORT DESCRIPTION

Start your mornings right with our nourishing Spelt Porridge! Made with organic rolled spelt, chia seeds, psyllium husks, and a hint of cinnamon, this delightful breakfast is topped with roasted cashews, almonds, omega seed mix, and fresh raspberries for a nutritious and delicious way to fuel your day.

DESCRIPTION

  1. In a saucepan, combine spelt, chia seeds, psyllium husks, cinnamon, and milk.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Meanwhile, roast cashews and almonds until golden and fragrant.

  4. Remove porridge from heat and transfer to serving bowls.

  5. Top with roasted cashews, almonds, omega seed mix, and fresh raspberries.

  6. Serve and enjoy!

Optional: Sweeten with honey or maple syrup. Experiment with different fruits and nuts for variety.
