- For a quick snack, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy!
As an optional extra
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Add walnuts and pecans to a bowl with maple syrup and cinnamon. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread nut mixture evenly onto a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking time. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Once the mixture is cool, combine with remaining trail mix ingredients and enjoy. Store mix in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
