PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

5 tbsp organic chia seeds
125ml full fat canned organic coconut milk
125ml organic coconut milk (carton; or organic almond milk)
125ml organic coconut water
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder (or vanilla extract)
1/4 tsp organic ground cinnamon
1 tbsp organic maple syrup (or your choice of natural sweetener; honey or rice malt syrup or
stevia to taste) - optional
1 cup fresh berries & Summer seasonal fruit to garnish

method

1. In a small mixing bowl combine coconut milks and coconut water. Add chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and natural sweetener if using. Whisk to combine well. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Whisk again and stir through berries.
2. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set (or overnight).
3. Serve chilled with extra fresh berries and fruit on top.
