Super Seed Green Energy Bars

A healthy, energising and filling snack to help get you through an afternoon slump! Choose any green superfood powder you prefer or a combination of few!
Method
- Drain the figs before placing in a food processor and blitzing until finely chopped.
- Add the pistachios, seeds, powders, cinnamon and zest. Pulse until the nuts a chopped and well combined.
- Pour in the tahini and syrup and process until it all comes together.
- Press into a lined tin and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
