650g steamed sweet potato
12 organic medjool dates
1 cup water
100g almond meal
2 tbsp organic coconut oil
4 tbsp organic maple syrup
6 tbsp organic cacao powder
(Optional extra: 2 tbsp vegan Nutella)
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- In a high-powered blender or food processor, blend sweet potato, dates and water (+ Nutella if using) until combined.
- Add remaining ingredients into food processor and blend until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a lined or greased tin and bake for 55 minutes or until firm to touch.
- Once cool, cut into slices and enjoy!
