Intro:  Downward dog to a fresh and clean mat with this naturally antibacterial and disinfecting spray.  

 

Ingredients 

Water 

1/4 cup Witch-hazel 

Tea tree oil or uplifting blend oil 

 

Method 

Add witch-hazel to your bottle 

Add 10-20 drops of your essential oil of choice 

Fill the remainder of the bottle with water 

 

Shake Gently before use. To use: Mist mat all over. Wipe gently with a soft cloth. Leave to airdry for a few minutes before rolling and putting away.  

 

Storage/use By 

Keep out of direct sunlight. Use within 6 months
