1/2 cup organic rolled oats1 cup organic milk (your choice)1 tbsp organic chia seeds1/4 cup grated zucchini1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)1/2 tsp organic cinnamon1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp organic raw honey
1 tbsp Australian pecans, chopped1 tsp organic raw honey (optional)Handful of fresh blueberries
Note: If you prefer warm oats, simply put in the microwave for 30 secs to heat.
