The naturally sweet, caramel flavour of coconut syrup makes it the ideal sweetener for use on pancakes, toasted cereals, hot beverages, smoothies, and all your favourite dessert recipes!
Coconut syrup is made from 100% pure organic coconut sap. It is produced by taking 4L of the coconut sap and boiling it to produce 1L of syrup. The sap is heated to 75-80 degrees to prevent fermentation, and to evaporate the water content in the coconut sap. Coconut syrup contains 72-75% sugar and tastes caramel/sweet/salty.
