HOW TO USE
Pitted dates provide a deliciously moist flavoursome addition to baked products such as cakes, bread, muffins, pies and cookies. They also add a lot of flavour to muesli mixes.To soften these dates up for easy blending, simply soak in hot water for 10-15 minutes. These dates will also soften when baked.
GROWING & PROCESSING
They have simply been harvested & collected, graded then cleaned with water. They are then hand selected & pitted with a knife and packed. No artificial preservatives or additives were added.
Although our suppliers work hard to grade and pit all of their dates, occasionally some pits or fragments of pits may remain.
