A caffeine-free, sleep inducing blend to help you on your way to deep, restful sleep. Developed in-house, this tea harnesses the soothing and sedative effects of lemon balm, peppermint and chamomile along with liquorice root to support immunity as well as orange peel and rose petals for flavour, vitamin C and antioxidants.
No GMO, no added preservatives, no artificial colours or flavours.
HOW TO USE
Relax and wind down with a pre-bedtime cup. Place 2 tsp in 250ml of water. Brew at 100°C (straight from boiling) for 2-5 minutes. Strain and Serve. Add honey or lemon for extra flavour, if desired and to suit your preferences. Brewed leaves will quickly break down in your home compost or provide food for your worm farm. Just make sure to wait until the leaves are cool before adding.
