Certified Organic Premium Bakers White Flour is roller milled and has had all the bran removed, leaving a premium, white bakers' flour. This flour has the optimum protein level for bread making and is also a great ingredient for pizza bases and a variety of other recipes.

The Organic White Premium Bakers Flour is an unbleached and high-protein wheat flour that is ideal for all baked goods including bread.

HOW TO USE

Bakers Flour is also known as Bread Flour, its high protein and gluten content is great for yeast baking as it creates more rise in your baked goods. Organic White Premium Bakers Flour produces high quality breads and pastries and is also suitable for all-purpose baking and bread making. It is especially suitable for soft breads, rolls, pasta and flatbreads.

GROWING & PROCESSING

Wholegrain Milling is independent, family owned and run. They use grains grown by farmers who care for the long-term health of the land and grind them using traditional stone milling techniques; creating consistent quality, tasty, nutrient-dense flours.

The plant features a roller mill, specifically designed to produce premium flours at greater volumes. This ensures the flours are consistently high quality, smooth in texture, with a more subtle flavour.

Refrigerate flour to retain freshness or store in a cool, dry place.

    This delicious flour has been a game changer for my sourdough baking. I love their stoneground flour too, but the results I’ve been getting using this roller milled flour will make it very difficult to go back.

    Fantastic quality and texture, smells like fresh flour (try smelling your supermarket flours - no smell).
    As I opened the bag, I immediately noticed the quality of this flour. I do bake all kinds of bread a lot, and seen how they bleach the flours, I decided to go for the organic unbleached. I don&#039;t think I will go back. Yes, it costs a little more, but would your and your family&#039;s health worth it? To me it would.
