Organic rice vinegar is made from 100% organic GMO free Japanese rice.  It is fermented through a natural & traditional method. It has a mild acidic taste and a pleasant fruity scent. Its acidity is 4.5%.

Organic rice vinegar has a mild acidity (4.5%) and rich flavour without the stinging flavour of vinegar.

NB. A white film may be seen on the surface due to a type of acetic acid bacteria that exists in the air touching the vinegar. It may influence the scent of the product but there is no harm for the human body. To prevent, please close the cap properly and refrigerate it after opening especially in the summer.
