Krystle Manning is a high school English and drama teacher, recipe developer, food photographer and long time healthy foodie, specialising in nutrient dense gluten-free, refined-sugar-free and mostly dairy-free recipes.

Krystle was diagnosed with Graves’ Disease in September 2016 after a stressful time in her life. She had always been health conscious but has since increased her focus on nutrition and lifestyle, cutting out gluten completely and eating more organic foods and vegetarian meals. She has also removed all toxic self-care and cleaning products, moved from full-time to casual teaching and started ceramics to reduce stress and adopt a more holistic approach to wellbeing. Krystle has overcome all symptoms of Graves’ Disease, and much to the surprise of her doctors, has no more signs of the disease.

Her focus on natural, nutrient dense foods and gut health has been a major contributor to this recovery. Her wholesome recipes and handmade ceramics can be found on her Instagram and Blog called 'Of Oat and Earth'.
