This organic certified Earl Grey uses a Darjeeling tea at its base, delivering both smoothness and a delicate base, from which the Bergamot can shine. These two leaves combine together perfectly, giving a full and rounded cup, with a deep and restorative citrus aftertaste.
This fairtrade certified tea comes in biodegradable pyramid teabags, fully compostable in green waste.
HOW TO USE
Pour boiling water (100°C) onto one pyramid bag per cup of tea. Brew for 3-4 minutes. Serve natural, or with milk (yes, we know Earl Grey purists are 'anti' milk, but each to their own taste). The British classical was to enjoy an Earl Grey is with a slice of fresh lemon and sugar or a sweetener. For milk, use a dairy milk or try a nut mylk base that's plant based and vegan friendly.
To your taste, sweeten to taste using honey. We recommend our Honest to Goodness Australian Raw Honey or Manuka Honey.
