Try this blend of refreshing Sencha green tea with coconut, pineapple and a hint of Australian native Quandong powder. Quandong contains twice the Vitamin C of an orange and is a wonderful source of Vitamin E, folate, magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

3 tsp organic sencha green tea
2 tsp freeze-dried quandong peach powder
3-4 tsp organic coconut flakes
3 organic dried pineapple rings

method

  1. Add all ingredients into a heat-proof jug.
  2. Boil 200ml spring water (90°C - 100°C).
  3. Pour over the ingredients and leave to infuse for 2 min.
  4. Add another 1300ml of spring water to the tea (cold or room temp).
  5. Leave to infuse in the fridge for 6-8 hours (or overnight for a more intense flavour).
  6. To serve, pour through a strainer and garnish with fresh pineapple pieces and coconut Flakes.
