Honest to Goodness Organic Oat Groats are whole oat kernels with the husks removed. They can be ground into flour or cooked to be used as a nutritious addition to a variety of sweet or savoury recipes!
Oat groats are high in nutrients, hearty, chewy and will retain their nutritional value even when stored for a long period of time.

Our Organic Oat Groats have a fresh, nutty flavour & aroma and are very nutritious. Commonly used to grind into flour, they can also be cooked and added to salads, soups and stews.
They also make a delightful traditional wholegrain porridge.

I recently purchased these Oat Groats. They were advertised as “AUSSIE GROWN”. It turns out they were actually a product of Finland. I contacted customer service who advised they carry both Australian & Finnish grown groats and they had just forgotten to update their website. I’m sure it was an honest mistake. I was refunded my money. I was happy with how they handled it. Just double check if you’re expecting “AUSSIE GROWN”
