You can substitute 1¼ cups of organic brown rice syrup in any recipe that calls for 1 cup of sugar. Depending on the consistency you may need to reduce other liquids in the recipe by ¼ cup.

Organic brown rice syrup is produced by hydrolyzing brown rice starch with natural enzymes (the enzymes help to break down the starches). The liquid is strained off and reduced until the desired consistency is obtained.

Love RMS
I love RMS, and so nice that a lovely little Australian company can supply it to us. We reuse the jars, I use it it baking, instead of honey or maple or any of those other nasty "sugars". We elimanted fructose from our diet, and this is the no fructose sweetener we use. Stevia is fine in small amount, we are not a fan of the after taste. My son loves licking the spoon after I have added it to something.

Tastes very pure and heavenly. I too like having a spoonful a day to add sweetness to my day. .. Long awaited sweetness. I much prefer organics, being a sensitive being on a sensitive planet, I feel strongly it is necessary, not a choice we have, it is sooo important to honor ourselves and earth mother, especially in these times. Perfect vegan honey alternative
This is a very thick, plant based liquid sweetener, ideal alternative for those who don't consume honey. It is great for heavier binding in a raw cheesecake. We also add essential oils to it, to make a cough syrup. The thickness allows it to hold & coat the throat very well.
