Organic coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea.
GROWING & PROCESSING
This certified organic coconut sugar is produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms of the green coconut tree. Farmers climb the coconut palms to collect the nectar. After collection, the nectar is boiled and solidified before being granulated.

This coconut sugar is excellent quality at a price that’s hard to beat. I use this for all granular sugar needs, grind it in my coffee grinder on fine for icing sugar and add a little water to melt it for liquid sweetener. It tastes great and has benefits over cane sugar.
