I really love these. They are smooth, just sweet enough and don’t contain emulsifiers. They have an Earthy/raw taste to them which my children and I enjoy. They melt just enough during baking cookies and brownies to deliver an amazing, stable unmatched texture. The only thing I wish was different was the use of cane sugar (eg using coconut sugar instead). I will purchase again.

It is near impossible to find chocolate without emulsifiers. Once you have this chocolate, you wonder why anyone needs to put them in. This is so smooth, so beautiful, melts perfectly, and has the most beautiful kind of floral smell and taste. It's stunning chocolate, and if it ever stops being made I may never eat chocolate again!!
