HOW TO USE
One way to use these is to soak the golden linseed first, then put one heaped dessert spoonful of seeds into a glass, cover with water and leave overnight. Add the swollen seeds and water to a drink such as fruit juice or a smoothie, or to your cereal or yogurt, or drink it on its own. You can also just sprinkle on your cereal or pop in a salad.

Organic Golden Lindseeds 5kg
Love love organic golden lindseeds (flaxseeds) especially because they're Australian grown and organic!!!! These babies are hard to find. I will never purchase if grown in another country. So I was extremely happy and grateful that Honest to Goodness were able to secure these and in such large 5kg bags we hopefully won't run out too soon.
Product worth getting
It was hard this product locally, but your company had it. I will continue to buy this.
