Stevia leaf powder
Very pleased to find a stevia product which is pure stevia, as the majority of supermarket ones are mostly other sweeteners with only a tiny amount of token stevia. It's very sweet, which means you only have to add a small amount.
Stevia leaf powder!
Placing the order was hassle-free, and the delivery was prompt; I like the idea of recycling packaging material. It's always great to support a company that cares about the planet! However, I noticed it's not a good choice for baking cakes!

Stevia as a sugar replacement
Stevia powder is wonderful to cook with - 1teasp stevia to 1 cup sugar. When baking add the missing sugar volume with another fluid, milk, yogurt etc. I always use some sugar but easily replace 2/3 of the sugar with stevia without changing taste or texture. I don't use stevia with egg sponge, you'll have to test that. Stevia takes very high temps ie jams, pickles, cordials. A pinch sprinkled on cereal is delicious. Our sugar usage has dropped considerably since finding stevia powder- zero calories. Enjoy the stevia adventure, I'm still learning what it can be used with.
