Our organic sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acids. Sunflower oils are classed as high oleic when they contain more than 80% oleic acid. A diet rich in high-oleic-acid sunflower oil has been positively associated with lowering LDL (bad) cholesterol and triglycerides.
HOW TO USE
Our organic sunflower oil is expeller pressed, meaning that the oil is squeezed directly from sunflower seeds by crushing them in an expeller press. This method, also known as “cold pressing” is done under low temperature and without the use of chemicals so for is it is the preferred method of processing!

Soothing non greasy skin friendly organic Sunflower oil
I love it. It is re owned for soothing children with eczema and for helping inflammation of the skin. I have a borderline atomic dermatitis which means I can itch and easily bleed when I scratch myself. I have found drinking more water and applying this once or twice daily is better than the QV moisturiser cream or the Dermazeen oatmeal moisturiser. It’s a nicer feel. Non greasy; easy to use and bottle where the pump pack moisturisers waste so much left over cream unless you saw open the bottle at the end. I intend to keep using this product.
Salad Dressing Magic
Aside from the health benefits of organic, sunflower oil, it’s gentle flavour allows it to be blended with citrus, vinegars & herbs to make perfect salad dressing. My fave is combo is a mix of lemon, lime, orange juice, a dash of mustard, a splash of maple syrup and sunflower oil. Delicious 😋 I
