Looking for a vanilla ice cream recipe everyone can enjoy? This dairy free recipe only requires four ingredients, and is infused with our Organic Planifolia Vanilla Bean. Simply whip up in 10 minutes and leave to chill overnight for a tasty treat the next day.
Take vanilla bean pod and using a small paring knife, slice the bean down the middle lengthways, making sure not to slice all the way through. Scrape out the seeds using the back of the paring knife and place into a small bowl. Discard the vanilla pod.
In a large mixing bowl, add whipping cream, condensed coconut milk, vanilla beans and salt.
Using electric beaters, whip mixture for 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form. Scraping down the sides as needed.
Spoon mixture into a rectangle/loaf freezer safe dish. Smooth out the top.
Transfer to the freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
To serve, sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes until it’s easy to scoop out. Serve and enjoy!
