Nothing beats a warm, nourishing bowl on a chilly morning – especially when it’s 100% organic.
5 BENEFITS OF EATING ORGANIC OATS
With winter on the horizon, nourishing comfort foods start to take centre stage – and one of the heroes of winter breakfasts and baking is organic oats. Aside from being super easy to make and incredibly versatile, organic oats are also good for you too!
Nutrient-rich: Organic Oats are packed with fibre, protein, vitamins, and minerals which are essential for overall health and wellbeing.
Heart-healthy: Their soluble fibre helps lower cholesterol levels and reduces the risk of heart disease – a big plus!
Blood sugar control: The complex carbohydrates in organic oats provide a steady release of energy, preventing spikes in blood sugar levels. This makes them a great option for active individuals looking for a long-lasting, slow burning energy source.
Weight management: Organic oat bran helps keep you feeling fuller for longer, aiding in weight management and helping prevent overeating. That’s all thanks to the outer layer of the oat grain — where oat bran comes from.
Environmentally friendly: Choosing organic oats supports sustainable farming practices, preserving soil health and reducing the use of harmful chemicals. We love that.

Organic Wheat Free Rolled Oats
Due to national food safety standards (FSANZ), we are unable to label our organic oats as gluten free. However, independent batch testing has shown no detectable gluten. These oats are grown and processed in a dedicated facility to minimise the risk of cross-contamination, which is why we have called them Wheat Free Oats.
Studies show that pure, uncontaminated oats are well tolerated by most people with coeliac disease. However, some individuals may still have a harmful immune response. If you have coeliac disease, it is important to seek medical advice before including oats in your diet.
If you’re not gluten intolerant but are looking to cut down, our wheat free oats are a great low-gluten option — perfect for porridge, muesli or baking your way to a wholesome brekkie.

Organic Wheat Free Quick Oats
Organic Rolled Quick Oats are smaller in size than traditional organic rolled oats as the oat groat is chopped into smaller pieces before being rolled into a flake. This creates a thinner flake that is quite fast to absorb water compared with traditional rolled oats. Our Wheat Free Oats are grown and processed in a dedicated mill and batch-tested to ensure no detectable gluten from wheat, rye or barley (<5ppm).
Organic Oat Groats
Oat groats have a fresh, nutty flavour and aroma and are packed with nutrients. They can be cooked and added to salads, soups, and stews, or ground into wholesome flour.
Organic Oat Bran
Made from the outer layer of the oat grain, organic oat bran contains beta-glucan, a form of soluble fibre, which is thought to help reduce cholesterol.
A wholesome and nutritious porridge that is quick and easy to cook. Organic, wholegrain rolled oats provide a natural source of prebiotic fibre, combined with creamy organic polenta, organic rye and organic linseeds (flaxseeds) that will leave you feeling satisfied, nourished, and ready to take on the world.
