- Steep the rooibos tea the night before making the smoothie.
- Leave the tea bags in until the water has cooled, then chill in the fridge overnight.
- Soak cashews overnight. Rinse well.
- Add the chilled rooibos tea, soaked cashews, Medjool dates, lucuma & maca powders and some ice cubes to a high powered blender.
- Blend until gorgeously smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit and toppings.
