Overnight oats charged with coffee for a satisfying energy booster. You can even use our Decaf Coffee if you want to flavour, without the caffeine. Make these overnight oats the night before for a fuss free brekky! This recipe uses our Organic Almond Milk, although any milk or plant based alternative will do the trick.
Not enough time in the morning to have both your cup of coffee and breakfast? Got some coffee left over in your pot that you don’t want to waste?
Use this base recipe and customise it with flavours you enjoy. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, seeds or a nut butter. For example add mashed banana for banoffee pie flavours, or spices for a chai inspired flavour.
Mix all ingredients in an airtight container of choice and stir until everything is combined.
Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
