- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, cherries, LSA and cinnamon.
- Add the almond butter, honey and vanilla, using a spatula or wooden spoon to mix until well incorporated.
- Roll into bite sized balls. If the mixture is too dry, add more almond butter, or if it is too wet, add more oats. You want the mixture to be sticky enough to stay in a ball shape.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
